Ultrasonic amplification horn for the current version of the mikroUši, mikroUši Pro and mikroUcho Pro microphones. It provides up to +18 dB of passive acoustic gain in the high frequencies and into the ultrasonic range (see the chart in Tech specs), which is especially useful for recording birds, insects and bats for research purposes. Beware that the horn severely alters the frequency response of the microphone and the recordings may not sound “natural”.
The outer diameter of the horn allows mounting into our Uši mount.
