Pravidlá poskytovania refundácií

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the last day of the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window is extended to the next business day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You are welcome to unpack and inspect the item as you would in a physical shop; however, we may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lom.audio. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: LOM, Jelenia 10, 81105 Bratislava, Slovakia 

Return shipping is free — if your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a prepaid return shipping label, or, if agreed upon in advance, you can arrange the return shipment yourself and we will reimburse the shipping cost. We do not charge any restocking fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, for any reason. Contact us at support@lom.audio and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our return policy above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made and personalized products (such as special orders or custom configurations) cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same condition requirements as above apply: the item should be in its original condition and packaging, and you may inspect it as you would in a shop. Our 30-day return policy and free return shipping apply to these returns as well.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
