A pair of 3D-printed adapters for using the Lewitt LCT 540 S microphone in a Rycote Stereo Windshield (WS AE ORTF kit). The adapter mounts the microphone’s original suspension basket directly on the rail of the windshield: remove the lyres from the rail and the swivelling bracket from the basket, and connect the two with the adapter. The result is a firm connection of the original suspension inside a proven windshield — a wind protection solution for a popular low-noise field recording microphone that has none off the shelf.
